Install Gatekeeper (this app) on any android device and place it or hang it on the entrance of your office. Keep a charger plugged in so the phone does not run out of battery. 4. Ask team members to install Runtime Workman (employee self service app, available on both Android and iOS). 5. Employees can login in Workman using employee code and login pin. Now, while entering or leaving office, simply 'Scan' the QR Code displayed on Gatekeeper (this app) using Workman (employee self service app). All attendance captured through Gatekeeper is instantly accessible to HR Managers in Runtime HRMS web interface.
